Shipping policy

We ship with a variety of couriers based on size of package, location and speed of delivery. We typically use but not limited to Canada Post, UPS and Purolator. When applicable we will include the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. For most items we offer a flat rate shipping fee, however for our oversized products additional shipping fees may apply. 

Orders are usually filled within 24-48hrs. If you are in a rush, please leave a comment at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate. 

Stonehouse Designs is not liable for any damages or missing packages. If you received your package with damages please contact us at info@thestonehousedesigns.com or on our contact page on our website to file your claim. Please include photos with all packaging materials and damaged products.
